New 02 excursion-thanks for all the advice!

Just pulled the trigger on an 02 excursion limited 4x4 7.3. 160,000 mi, garaged, well taken care of.brand new bridgestone desert duelers. Glad I held out, found the exact color I wanted,estate green metallic w/ tan accents. Seemed like a good deal at $11,500. figured at that price, gives me a little cushion for any surprises. thanks for the help guys! have a question about the hubs- seem to be stuck pretty good in auto position, couldnt turn them by hand. is this normal? want to add a tuner right away, nothing too radical ,just want to increase efficiency and performance a little without tearing up the transmission. any advice greatly appreciated!

picked up same ex....same color, miles, etc....i just payed a bit more
