how much is too much?

Ok, my wife and I are in the market for a good used excursion, I'll be selling or trading in my '97 cc PSD on it, found one '00, 7.3psd with 214K on it. 4" lift, its super clean body and interior, supposed to be mostly highway mileage. The miles make me a bit leary, but how clean and all it is makes me forget. Runs very nice, goes down the road and drives well too, my wife even said she could handle it and she never drives my crew cab.
Is this too many miles or am I just worrying over nothing much? I just want a good vehicle when I'm done, not somebody elses problems.

Check for blow by and check to see if its been maintained properly. 214K is not bad at all for a 7.3. If your serious pull the intake boot off and check the compressor wheel for play and damaged fins.
