2002 engine swap project
Hello all,
I have a 2002 Excursion with a 5.4 gas engine but want to swap to a 7.3 diesel from a 2002 F350. I am hoping that the donor truck would have everything needed to make a clean swap. Right or wrong? Any concerns I should be aware of? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated! Mark

IF you have the donor truck it is not a bad swap. It is a LOT OF WORK.
