My Ex...before and after

I have been slowly working on her for the past 2 years. I have many cars but over the last 6 months, my ex has been getting most of my attention including

- Suspension lift
- New leather
- New headlights
- Tow mirrors
- New Grill
- Removed pinstripe
- Painted the bottom clading and front and rear chrome bumpers
- Tinted windows (including windshield)
- Gauges
- DP Tuner tunes
- oh, new wheels and tires too!

and much much more!

Let me know what you think!

Did you paint your chrome bumper? If so what did you do to prep it for paint.

Yes these were chrome bumpers.

We first sanded the bumpers as much as possible to take off the smooth texture so the primer has something to hold on to.

Next we primed the bumpers and finally paint.

Yes, this is a 2WD with the Pro-Comp 6 inch lift. Cost was about $2000 installed.

The headlights were $150 and the grill was $250. My body shop painted the grill for free since I do so much business with them.

The headlights took about 3 hours to put in considering I had to use my Die-Cut and remove a good portion of the existing headlight assembly from the truck.

I sprayed the running board with undercoat and it hasnt worn off at all.

Overall I think it is a great look and well worth the money to update our vehicles.
