How to get my Excursion into the 14s

I'd like to be in the 14s and ultimately mid/high 13s by the end of this 'project'. Currently i have done the 6637, Muffler Delete, Superchips 1950, 285/75/16 BFGs. Where would i be at with my current mods?

Bigger Turbo and injectors

Yep, Turbo, Injectors... don't forget about the trans. Oh and if you plan on making enough power to get into the 13's you will prob need some forged rods. Nothing 10-15 grand won't take care of.

Curently...280-300 my guess

13's:

Start with forged rods then..
Stage 2's or Hybrids
Modded H2e
Reg fuel
Studs and VS's
Stealth SRP1
TS chip with custom tunes
BTS trans
