exaust squealing when past half throttle?

i am having a situation here and i am looking for an answere. i have been asking since i bought it over a year ago and havnt gotten an answere.i have and 03 ex eddie beuer with the 7.3 psd it has an air raid intake and a superchip programmer and a straight pipe exaust and when i have the chip on and go past half throttle it squeels like a valve in the turbo system opens and makes it squeel. when i first bought it i thought it was pretty cool sounding but now it is getting annoying so i was wondering if someone else has had this problem and could lend me some advise or answers.

I have only ever heard that when a clamp was loose or broken or the up-pipes are bad.
