pretty straight forward , take out the old--all of it and install the new. need a 4" piece os exhaust or such to go from intake to filter and some clamps. Just did a silverline 4" turbo back with a 4"-5" tip for under three on mine. If budgets a concern find a shop to straight pipe it , if not then order a kit. If you live in an area where salt or chemical in the winter is an issue then spend the money on stainless.
Sold 01 350 6" on 37's and mild mods, 00 X 4" on 35's, 02 f350 4" 35's molded from fan to drive shaft, ridin the 03 with nose conversion with 125k and counting upwards slowly.
Never had CNC on any of it, never will.
