I ran them on stock rims with just a leveling kit.Now i run them on stock rims with a 4 inch lift. Had rubbing issues before the 4" lift. None now.

4" lift. The only rubbing I had was the plastic on the very bottom of the bumper, I just trimmed a little of that and its all good now.

The best solution to using 35" on a Ex is V and my B code mod with 3" front hangers and 3.5" rear block. I've helped hundreds solve the handling problems of the Excursion. Many posts on all the forums about the results.

PM me if I can help.

Cary

4" but I did mine a little hodge podge. x-code fronts springs with 2.5" BDS shackle kit. Rear springs are 4" skyjacker soft rides. Billstein shocks
