Rear a/c not blowing cold?

The rear a/c in my 02 Excursion is not blowing cold. The front portion of the a/c system works great. Has anyone experienced this?

If it blows but just not cold, you might look into the overhead control panel for the rear, maybe the knob is jacked up? I haven't looked at the schematics or anything, but that makes sense to me.

Knob feels tight, but I will check. Thank you. I was thinking the blend door?

I took apart the rear ac intake and an plastic ice bag was sucked up in the intake. A/C seams to b working great now.
