Steering is a little loose on the highway.

Does anyone know of certian things to looks for in the steering? It is a 00 Ex. Would putting a dual shimmy shock help?

check the pitman arm and tie rods a bit of a problem on my dads. also check the ball joints along with the track bar bracket. these trucks are heavy so things do come loose.

might want to see how your steering gear box is...but like the other guy said check those tie rod ends for play or excessive wear.

what kind of play do you have like does the vehicle shake? go off to left or right? you have to turn the wheel alot for tires to turn? whats up
