Question 2001 rear glass lock problem

does anyone have or know where to get a parts diagram or blow up of lock assembly of 01 ex rear glass,,,wont lock with or without key

same problem here, key wont even fit in the lock. so i fixed the lock actuator so it locks now at least

Most likely fouled up from using the key fob.That is most often the problem we see @the dealership here.

I have a parts diagram here that I can try to email or can fax.Funny reading this I think I
need to try my key later on the way home.

similar issue- i went in to fix the actuator but it works fine. The issue is the latch doesn't pull the cables far enough to release the jaws/clamps on the edges (the part that actually holds the liftgate closed). Any ideas how to fix/adjust those? I sprayed with lube and hope they will work better?
