Surging/Bucking?

so when i cruise in my uncle ex which is a 2000 4x4 it starts bucking or surging at 35mph 60mph doesnt matter any help what it could be?

bump has sct x3 on it

My 02 does that in any mode but daily with a TW 6 pos. Figured it would have something to do with the pcm not reading fuel delivery right after the chip changes it.

I read on here somewhere that TS sent out a bad batch of chips at one time and it caused a problem like this.
