Are these "B" springs? (PICS)

OK I have read through hundreds of posts and don't feel confident I have what I need.
I purchased some used springs from what I was told was a 2002 F350. The fronts have the 2C34ADA stamp so from what I found those are in fact "V" springs. The rears however have no numbers stamped anywhere and when I look at pictures of B code springs they have 5 leafs and these only have 4. So I dont know if part of these are missing or I have the wrong ones or what.
