yes its a complete bolt on kit. you will need the following...

- grill
- bumper (painted or chrome)
- plastic piece above the bumper (paint to match)
- 4 mounting plates
- thin black trim that bolts to bottom of bumper
- headlights (if you go with 05-07 set up you will need the wiring for the bulb the connection is different then 99-04 ones)
- inner facia (its what the grill snaps on to, and what the headlights bolt on to)

yes all excursions have the 4 leaf set up, i could have gotten the coil over setup for 700 extra on each side. the rear end on mine sits 1in lower in the rear. its not to noticeable but it bothers me. the back came with add - a - leafs so i donno. just going to buy 2 complete 6in rear leafs and call it a day.

I'm in Maine, but will be making a few trips back and forth to Florida. So a meeting would be kinda easy. Or depending on timing, if I'm already down there, then the halfway thing, or at least a state or two would be great. LOL

i paid $1500 from a buddy for the wheels with tires. ill give them to you for the same price if your sure you want them. ill PM you when i get the Super Singles. i should know in about 40-60 days. cool?
