Won't Start

Starter went out and I replaced that. During the process a friend shorted across what appeared to be a solenoid under the hood, I think it had something to do with the fuel heater or glow plug relay though cause now the relay box inside the fuse compartment makes a rapid clicking noise. I replaced it with another fuse/relay and it still makes the noise and won't start.

your friend most likely fried the glow plug relay you will need to replace that.
