2002 7.3 I have changed the relay ,and just changed the glow plugs ,and this morning it was 25 degrees and had to cycle about 5 times to get it to start, it was very choppy. When I plug it in it fires right off and runs smooth, problem is I am moving to an apartment and theres no place to plug it in. Maybe pcm? I am lost, Please help thanks.

Has the truck ever sat for a long period of time without being run?? How many miles?? There is a decent chance you may need to re o ring the injectors
