Wastegate blows its load too soon!

Hey guys first time question here...

I have a 99 F350 Dually 7.3 and just did some modifications and now I'm noticing a problem. I originally only had a Banks six gun and big head wastegate actuator but I just added a 4" MBRP Turbo Back, S&B Intake, PRXB Exhaust brake, Monster Box Transmission, and an SCT Tune stacked with the Six Gun. On the dyno, with the Six gun set at level 1 and a SCT Trans/Boost/Fuel tune loaded in, when it hits 20 PSI the wastegate blows off and stays open and flutters around 0-3 PSI. Any idea what could be the problem???

I got two tunes from SCT, one for Trans/Boost/Fuel and one for Transmission shifts only...do you think pulling out the SCT power tune would make a difference?

If you have the big head waste gate, can't you adjust the pressure it opens at?

Thanks guys I'll look into it...the Big Head was on the truck when I bought it so I wasn't aware that it was adjustable...I'll let you all know, and get back to you with hopefully a resolution.
