7.3 Makes whooshing sound

Installed AFE intake and 4" turbo back exhaust, now I here whooshing Sound is this normal and what is causing it.

Totaly normal, just way more air trying to go through the turbo. Mine did the same until I did the WW and ATS housing, that cut it down quite a bit. After I put the DP in i'ts almost gone, Unless I really get on it. Hope that helps.
