Battery Light??
Can someone shine some light as to what might be wrong. On my 350 The Battery light will come on when I turn the key on and after about 5 minutes of driving/idling it will go off. Got the multimeter out. driver side battery with engine off has 11.76 volts, passanger side 12.36 volts. Alternator putting out 14.25 while running?
Also why would one battery show less voltage than the other if they are tied together. Thought maybe i have a battery going dead but it does it on both of my PSD's and the 250 has new batteries. |

Isolate and test each battery....one could be drawing on the the other, but neither of those voltages are as high as they should be. Check the altenator right on start up.....sounds to me like possibly worn brushes in it. The most common cause for a battery light is always an altenator. Also check the resistances and thightness of all the battery cables. This should lead you to the problem
