just took tube off, and was full of carbon build up. the problem is it was so brittle that it snapped in two pieces. just wondering if i can run my truck with the tube off. i plan to try to get one from ford tomorrow. thanks for your help!

can you plug the hole? you could run it and be ok. but you will have an exhaust leak if just leave it off. having it off of there isn't any different than it being plugged
