Electrical problems

So the other day my horn starts blowing for no reason while truck was sitting. Only way I could get it to stop was to pull the fuze. Since this happened, I can't turn on my dash lights, but they will come on automatically when it is dark outside. My cruise doesn't work, and turn signal lights stay on for a little while after keys are removed. I know its not much to go on but if anyone has any ideas on what happened I'd be glad to give it a go.

Has it rained lately? Check around behind the fuse panel for water, your GEM may have taken a bath from a common windshield leak.

Ya, we had at least 10 inches over about 3 days. I'll pull it apart in the morning and see if I can tell if it got wet.

Thank you for the reply!
