Codes after upgrades: P0272, P0269, P1275, P1278

Hope someone can help me resolve this issue. I have a 2001 F350 7.3L, ~170K.

I recently added some upgrades to my truck to make towing a little easier. Upgrades included Adrenaline HPOP, 165/30 injectors from Full Force, and FRx from RiffRaff. During the work, I also replaced the UVC harness, gasket and glow plugs (all OEM parts) since I was in there.

After these upgrades, I am disappointed in the power - there seems to be no improvement and I'm getting intermittent SES lights. Putting the truck under load (heavy acceleration, hill climb, etc) will cause the SES light to appear until load is lightened. The truck doesn't seem to miss or stumble. It runs normal, just doesn't have the power I'd expect from the upgrades (I should mention it has a 6 Pos chip with Tony's tunes.) It I put it to Extreme mode, the SES light seems to come ON faster and stay ON longer.

Ran the codes and the first code testing revealed P1275 and P1278 (high to low side open on cyl 5 and 8). I ohm'ed out the wiring harness from the IDM while wiggling the wires - everything was good with readings around 3.3 on ALL cylinders. Since the wiring seemed good, I swapped the injector solenoids between #6 and #8. Since that work, I haven't had any P1275 or P1278 codes return which is odd because I only did cyl 8.

Now I'm getting P0269 and P0272 (Injector circuit contribution / Balance fault) codes. I ohm'ed out the harness for #4 cyl from the 42 pin connector to the UVC connector while wiggling wires - solid 3.3 ohms. The harness seems to be solid. I'm reluctant to pull the valve covers again because I was meticulous when i was in there and I just don't think BOTH of them can be failing.

Running KOEO, KOER, and CCT tests with AE shows no codes/issues.

Any ideas on what my issue might be, what to check, tests to run? I'm going to run some PERDEL checks later today. I just got the AE so I'm still very much a novice on it. Knowing what tests to run, how to run them, and how to read the data is a slow process. I've been scouring the internet for info and answers. Big thank you's to all of the people who share their knowledge and expertise.

Yes, tunes were reburned by Tony to account for the new additions.
