99 died wont start.

And no its not the cam sensor....

Put new glowplug relay in. Ran for about 10 seconds then died. Now it has no wts light or check engine light (its been on for ebp sensor) and wont start. Fuel heater has been unhook for a long time and no bad fuses. Evin replaced a few just to make sure

Check the relays in the underhood fuse box.

I don't recal which relay is the pcm on the sd's, but I think its the top one in the underhood box. I just swap them with a known good one, or swap them around one at a time.
