Any Help waste gate leaking?

Driving down the road at highway speeds, once the truck approaches 5-6 lbs of boost it sounds as if the waste gate is relieving. Makes a whistling noise and once you back out of the throttle a little it goes away. I was thinking it may have something to do with the acuator? Also under hard acceleration from a dead/rolling start.

You will never ever ever hear the wastegate on a 7.3 or any internal wastegate for that matter.

Sounds normal to me
