IPR or HPOP?

I have a crank no start situation, hpop putting out 470-530psi while cranking and IPR at 14.7% duty cycle with ignition on and while cranking, no movement. Thanks in advance!

Does your tach move while cranking? If not check fuse #22 or #30 IIRC.

Tach moves, fuse is good, new cps, new fuel pump, rebuilt fuel bowl, hutch and harpoon mod done on tank, DP F16 chip, ww2, bellowed up piped, rifraff boost fooler, wastegate controller.

Only thing I haven't replaced is the IPR. The ICP senson has no oil in connector and no check engine or SES light. I have the Torque app to diagnosis.

Wait to start light works normally also. No smoke when cranking and batteries 1 year old and fully charged.

One more thing, always have weird startup/random shutoff issues when parked uphill.

I took the IPR out and cleaned it up, put it back in and filled the hpop. It started first crank and idled perfect. Put in drive and touched the throttle and died. Started back up and put in reverse and runs perfect, back in drive and dies. Now won't restart.

Sprayed starting flud and it fired. So its definitely not getting fuel. Any thoughts?
