Start issues need help!

I have a 2000 Excursion with 176000 miles. Recently we have been having start issues. When truck is plugged it starts up but when left unplugged it wont start. Just a bunch of clanking with white smoke. Today was 80 degrees and still wont fire up. The glow plugs have been replaced, valve cover wires harnesses have been replaced, starter, fuel filter and o rings on injectors. These are all things I was told was causing the problem. So I'm leaning towards thinking its the injectors, but I've also read that my oil could be airiated and could be causing the problem. Looking for any opinions on anything else it could be. Dont want to spend the money on injectors if not needed. Thanks in advance! Also I have a video of trying to start it but cant seem to figure out how to upload it. :-(

What in the world is that knocking? Something don't sound right to me.

Edit: I don't think it's spinning fast enough either.

I have no clue what it is. Thats why I'm here looking for answers. Once its plugged it starts right up and runs perfect. But regardless thr outside temp cold or hot it has to be plugged in.

Working on getting the part. Have you seen issues like this when icp has oil? I'm very worried its the injectors.
