CCSB no interior lights, courtesy lights, ceiling custer, bed lights?!

Like the title says 2001 CrewCab Short bed (lariat if it matters) doesn't have interior lights, bed lights, courtesy lights, or the little ceiling instrument panel lights??

I put in a 20A fuse (there wasn't one in there when I bought this truck) and it blew it instantly. I checked all the wires that are in the rubber grommets, as I've read it will wear on the wires eventually. But they all checked out good. Any idea's?

I had the same problem a month ago and it was a bad battery connection at the passenger side battery. I checked all fuses and they were good. My guage cluster was doing some wierd things also. hope this helps.

My gauge cluster works fine, MINUS the tach. It works sporadically. I'll give that a try! I just bought the truck not too long ago, so I'm still getting the small things fixed.
