Need help, burning smell!!!

2002 F350 7.3. Yesterday we put my friends bully dog diesel downloaded in my truck, i then took it back out. Randomly I get this weird static noise out of the speakers, and the radio and dash slowly starts dieing a little but then comes back to life. Its happened a few times. Its only been doing this since after I took the tuner out. It also smells like something is burning from the fuse panel under the dash. I can smell like burnt plastic sorta. I am really worried anybody have any ideas?
