Help!!!!! No start

Hey guys I went out to start my truck the other day to warm it up. She started just fine and was purring like a kitten. All of the sudden I hear spitting and sputtering like it had turds in the gas tank and then just shut down. Tried and tried to start it again and nothing. I scanned it and got the following codes.
P0705 This one and the next seem to be linked to the speed sensor from what I can tell
P0500
P1249 This one says waste gate steady state failure
P0741 Torque convertor is screwed, i know this one
P0603 This is due to tuning
I have no idea what it could be. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Couple of questions:

1- What was the outside temp when you started it?

2- Have you checked the oil level in the hpop reservoir?

The outside temp was about 35 but I had her plugged in. I have not checked the hpop reservoir. I will try that after I get over this inner ear infection. I will let you know. Thanks

What are you using to scan? If you can monitor with it. Check ICP and Duty Cycle while cranking. Also, check the usual; is the tach showing rpms while cranking, does the WTS light come on like normal?

Peter I'm not using the best scanner it is a flashpaq 1805. I can't check the ICP with it. The tach is showing an rpm jump when cranking and the WTS light is cycling correctly. I have called a diesel shop and I'm probably gonna have to have it owed in and have them dive into it. One thing I forgot to mention because it just hit me. This had happened once before but I let it sit overnight and it started the next morning. I also did the stancor mod as I tested the GPR and it was going bad. I was having to keep it plugged up all the time as it was crazy hard to start in any temps below 45 degrees. let me know your thoughts and BTW thanks for all of your advise so far.

You mentioned the P0603 due to tuning. What are you running for tunes? Have you tried to start it in stock setting?
