Leak on passenger side of the cab

Hey folks. Been working hard on this 99 for months and recently been gathering parts for fixing some engine valley leaks and turbo upgrades, now all of a sudden I've had a couple minor electrical issues and a pretty good water leak. It's only on the passenger side. It drips down from the hinge on the glove box door with the truck parked with the nose slightly above level. Can't see yet where it's coming from above that. I turned the truck around and dried off the husky mat to see if it does it with the nose below level. I'm the 3rd owner so I have no idea if the windshield has ever been messed with. It's definitely NOT antifreeze, just rain water. It's hitting the floor mat in a perfectly straight line across. The carpet under the mat and carpet the sticks out farther under the dash is bone dry. There is water on the carpet below the passenger seat also. I have cab lights, haven't checked them yet but I know 2 of them have condensation inside. Was wondering if there's anything else I should check or should I go ahead and call and get the windshield resealed now to eliminate it / be preventative for the almost certain leak? Thanks for any help you folks are always awesome

Well with the truck parked with the nose downhill last night everything is dry so looks like I have a leak in the cab only when the front of the truck is pointed up hill. Does this sound like the windshield?
