Bad Fuel Mileage

I have recently been getting really bad MPG. I run a 75HP tune and usually stay out of it hard. Truck has intake and exhaust along with chip and gauges. I have been reading about the EBPS being a culprit?

It could be, I replace the sensor and the tube on my 99 (tube was plugged solid and cracked) and it seemed to help went from 16.5 to 19.8-21 depending on how many warm-ups.

By the way Mine is hand calculated, and when fueling I fill slow so that I can get it full to the neck of fill tube so that I know I am filling to the same point each time. The way diesel foams, if you don't you don't get accurate readings.
