Stalling problem

Hey guys, ive been having nothing but issues with this truck so far, Truck was idleing like crap and getting bad MPG, tracked it down to a ICP, replaced it and ran great......for a day.

Then i was beating on it a lil and 5min later it died, wouldnt re-start, had a lil less than 1/8th tank. i took off fuel cap bowl was low and pump was pumping only pumping bubbles, added more fuel and it started but is was running rough. If i hold the throttle at 1500rpm its surges a lil. Then yesterday i got back from a road trip, got off highway and it stalls, starts right back up and stalls ant next light, does it every time im driving and i get off the throttle.
On the highway it was sluggish and sounded like waste gate was open a lot
And is still only getting 10mpg even on highway

PLZ help can afford this anymore

Its a 2000 f350 7.3 4x4, Dp_tuner, DIY intake, muffler delete.

THANKS

bad fuel.crap in tank and pick up tube may be clogged?change cps,and if you have a chip on it take it out and put a scanner on it to see what kind of codes its got.

New cps from autozone. It was running like crap before i filled up and has been getting worse, and i only buy my fuel from one place and nobody else is having this issue. chip is coming off tomorrow. along with a pressure test.

Whats the fuel pressure supposed to be on this truck?

okay so i found a fuel leak around the cap, fixed it and had ford look at it again, they found a 1211 code but said it was nothing and was caused by my dp_tuner. truck seems to be running better but mpg is still down. any ideas
I just replaced ICP 5 days ago.

The truck is running better: is it still stalling while driving? Has your CPS been replaced? Ford was right about the 1211 code. In a nutshell, it basically means your HPOP is being pushed(i.e.- the DP tuner). You can take that out of the equation.
