turbo rebuild-no cruise.

I have an e99 f250 and just rebuilt the turbo last weekend, before rebuilding it i had no issues with cruise control and now it doesnt work, only thing that is different is the sensor for ebpv on the front of the turbo mount is unplugged because the plug in was broke off during removal (rookie mistake i know) but other than that everything else is the same. I didnt think that would have any effect on this though. And the clutch position sensor or whatever its technical name is was replaced about 3 months back so i dont think that is the problem. Any help would be greatly apreciated
