2800 Rpm Coming Up With A P1211 Code Injection Pressure Above Or
Below Desired. Have Replaced Frame Rail Fuel Pump And Performed
Oil Ariation Test And Test Passed Any Advice Would Be Helpfull
The Truck Is A 2000 F250 Psd

I am not sure about that code, but it sounds like you are over boosting, have you tried a Map fooler of some sort? You can go to the local hardware store and buy a air pressure guage for an air compresser. also get two 1/4" barbed male fittings, one for each end, then cut the MAP line and put the guage inline. Set the guage to about 20psi. Also, pull the red line off your wastegate valve. That might take care of your problem. Does the SES go out after a few seconds?

Mine does it too. It is normal the pcm is seeing it go over the it's max psi. So it's setting a code. If i'm on a steady grade pulling a load on #2 it will flash about every 15 sec. It is common to seee this code with a chip or programmer.

Yes The Light Goes Out It Flashes Very Fast Almost Cant See It Unless Watching The Dash
I Had Previously The Same Edge On The Truck And Had It For About
9 Months Before It Seamed Not To Function Any More I Shipped It Off And They Sent Me A New One And Didn't Have The Problem With The Old One And Had The New One For About 3 Weeks Before It Started This So I Thought Somthing Was Wrong With The Truck

The MAP fooler should take care of it, you you should be able to get a another pound or two of boost out of it. The only down side to it is, if you are running a digital guage that reads off of your Map, you will only beable to see up to what you have the MAP fooler guage set to, but it will work fine up until that point, once you hit the 20 psi or what ever you have it set to, you will only see the 20 psi.

if it were an overboost code you would get a P0238 or P0236 not a P1211. The P1211 is from the ICP. P1211= ICP not controllable Above/Below desired.

Yeah, like I said, I was not sure about the code, it just sounded like what my 7.3 would do when it would over boost.

I get that when I smoke a ricer.

its completely normal mines does it too.. and actually in the juice manual it tells you that those codes are completly normal....

Thanks For The Help I Feel Better That Its Not Just My Truck And I Know Its Not A Big Deal For The Light To Flash It Just Bugs Me.
