GEM Module issues, which part #s are compatible?

So I been working on my truck for quite awhile and been having electrical issues causing a no start problem. After a lot of work for a slight improvement my only electric problem remaining is with the key on the battery gets sucked down really quick. Too quick to start the truck because I only get a couple cranks and it is dead.

I pulled the fuse box and GEM and to my surprise the actual GEM and the box it sits in have different part numbers! So which one is the right one?? There is no corrosion anywhere. I am only assuming GEM because interior lights relay clicks on/off, door chime will ding in a 3 or 5 beeps FOREVER until GEM fuse gets pulled, and dash cluster trips out (flickering, needles bouncing).

It is a 2001 F350 automatic, manual 4x4 shift, manual locks and windows.

Part number on the GEMs box is 1C3T-14B205-BB
On the actual GEM chip it is 1C3F-14A608-DB
Fuse box part # is 1C3T-14A067-CB if that matters any

Please help my poor baby is sitting dead on the street

Also I have access to a 2000 F350 with the same options. Only difference is the year. Should I go pick up that one? I would take the GEM and fuse box for extra measure.

Yup that gem should work.

Are you sure yours is bad though?
