1999 f-250 7.3 l engine upgrade

I JUST BOUGHT A 1999 F-250 WITH 368,000 MILES. THE TRUCK WAS USED IN A LOGGING OPERATION IN GA SO THE BODY IS BEAT UP BUT I THINK THIS IS A SECOND MOTOR. ENGINE RUNS STRONG BUT IT IS SLOW. WHAT ARE THE BEST UPGRADES FOR THIS MOTOR(TUNER,CAI AND OR INJECTORS) TO HELP IT GROW UP A LITTLE?

searching around will help answer your questions. its been asked ALOT
Tuner: any custom tunes will help
CAI: search: DIY intake or 6637
need Gauges; trans/pyro/boost/fuel pressure
injectors: depending on what size you want and what your going to use it for. maybe a 160/30. maybe 160/100. maybe 238/100s. just search around

Prob original motor and with 368k miles its past due for injectors. There probably a little wore out.

why do you think it is a second engine? 300k plus isnt uncommon
