help my f350 is white smoking in morning

my 2000 f350 is white smoking in the morning and it jerks a little before it get warmed up good. please help i have not had the truck long and its my first diesel truck. im going to have it put on a scanner in the morning. just trying to hope for the best. i just replaced the map sensor thanks for the help

Sounds like you may have an injector gone bad. I suggest you scan for codes and then have a cylinder contribution test and injector buzz test done.
