ideas on this problem

i have a 00 7.3 6 spd and no matter what gear im in if i just cruise at 1500-2500 rmps it kinda misses or just acts like i let off and get on it rapidly the oil pressure go's down with it don't know if it's just i drop rmp's or if it's a bad hpop or something completely different doesn't do it accelerating or idleing just cruising any ideas i already replaced fuel oil and air filter and fuel filter was real bad just replaced not to long ago maybe may or june 2 or 3k

fixed it today oil and fuel pressure were good i changed the filter it still did it hooked it up to the scanner at work today and cps was out i just had the recall done a month and a half ago it already went out just bought another one from napa recall was a waste of time
