01 7.3 stalling while cold

hi i have an 01 7.3 with 255xxx miles. anyways lately when i start it itll shake a little bit and if i dont wait until it gets to operating temp it will slowly stall out like im running out of fuel, when i try to restart it cranks really fast and will eventually start but then die again if its not at operating temp. can anyone help please? mods in sig and i replaced the fuel filter already
