Fuel Pressure Issue

I recently have noticed that I have a bit of a fuel pressure issue. It seems sporadic but I really noticed it when I tried to fully accelerate up hill on an on ramp to the highway. Once I got up to about 50MPH, the truck started chugging. I also had it happen when I was at a stop light and when I went to give it gas, the RPMs dipped and then caught back up. (Does this second one sound like a fuel pressure issue?)

I have to get a few things done to it and was going to bring it in to get some work done soon. Are there anythings I can easily check to determine if there is a fuel pressure issue? I do not have a gauge installed.
