a/c ompressor

Not sure if this is normal or not but my A/c compressor cycles on and off every couple of minutes after warm up when the a/c isn't even activated.

Whats up with that?

Is the controller set to defrost or anything to the right side of the dial?

All controls are off and this happens. I pop the hood and I can watch it turn on and off.

Leaves a puddle of water on the ground every time I park it.
