2001 7.3 cracking or popping noise high rpm

i have a 2001 f450 with 210k miles
has a popping or cracking noise at high rpm and no load.

it also has a misfire at the point of the sound and a shot of blue smoke out the tail pipe.

I have changed a few injectors and found the noise after doing so. the noise is one crack or pop and gone may not come back for 30-40 seconds and to pop again. truck drives good and cannot hear noise when driving. has a slight miss fire when loaded.
cannot figure it out. sound is louder on passenger side towards front of motor. i have the valve covers off now to hear it better
