No Start!!! Need Help ASAP!!!

Ok the truck has been sitting since Friday night ( about 46 HRS) I go outside to start the truck and it just cranks. I'm getting fuel up to the fuel filter, and the HPOP reservoir is full, there is no SES light so I don't think its an ICP problem. I'm getting 10.9-11.0V while cranking so i'm good there. The tach is not moving while cranking (99') so i'm thinking it may be a bad CPS. I do not have access to a scanner so I cannot monitor ICP while cranking, IPR%, or RPM's.

What do yall think my problem is....CPS?...IPR?...

I need to get the truck running ASAP!!!

THANKS IN ADVANCE

i think on that year, no tach movement means bad CPS. if you haven't replaced yet, go to Ford have it done for free cuz of the recall.

The tach will not move when cranking on a Superduty, only the OBS. Check all fuses.

All fuses are good.

I called the parts house and they said they had 2 in stock, got there and they said they had to special order them. So I will have one at 9AM tomorrow.

New cam sensor did not fix it, still no start.

I'm going to swap in my spare IPR to see if that helps.
