P1210 Help

For the past 2 weeks my truck will drop low on rpm usually coming to a stop. Then the other day I was driving on the freeway and it would stutter for a second. When I let off the accelerator it would sometimes drop to 400 rpm then start loping. It would shoot up to 900 rpms then slowly come back to a idle. Then 2 days ago I went somewhere and when I tried to start it, it had a hard time but did start. Thats when I got the code. I took it in to get it scanned and it was a P1210. Yesterday it felt like a ICP problem because when I steeped on the accelerator it would go then all of a sudden it did. Today the truck ran fine but the code is still there. Any Ideas? Should I start by replacing the ICP?

Anybody? Today the truck ran worse. It felt like it was running out of fuel. I'd been going down the road and would cut out for a split second and it did this randomly. I don't have a code anymore. For the first time it actually stalled. It did the thing where it would go down to 400 rpm then lope and then it just died. Possibly IPR?

Problem Fixed: I did some research around some of the other forums and and I tried unplugging the icp sensor for a couple of days and it didn't have the problem so I had isolated it the icp sensor or harness. I went to the local ford stealership and bought a icp sensor. Put it in a couple of days ago and it is all fixed! Just wanted to post back to help anyone out having the same issue.
