Angry Not getting 120dc at my valve cover gasket

I have a 1/99 f350 that isn't running. I'm getting juice to the glow plugs and a pulse to the 4 colored wires but nothing from the center 120v dc spot. What may cause that? Bad idm? Any help is very appreciated! Been down for 2 months now

It could be a number of things causing the issue. And, IIRC, the center spot is a ground wire, if we're talking about the UVC harness.
Are you able to pull codes or do an injector buzz test? If you live around bradenton FL I'd be more than happy to hook up Autoenginuity and do some diagnosin for ya

If you ever think something I post is ridiculous or uneducated, just remember that I probably learned it from here.

I live in union, mo but I appreciate the offer. I do not have the capability of a buzz test but have a few obd2 readers. Last I checked it I didn't have any codes. And the harness I'm talking about is the valve cover gaskets plug

Sorry about the delay, but make sure the wiring harness on top of the drivers side valve cover isn't worn down. I had that problem and felt like an idiot after I already replaced the UVCH.
