ICP and IPR instillation suggestions

Well I finally got my parts in today and am going to install them tomorrow. I was just wanting to know if you guys had any tips on installing my new ICP and IPR in my truck. Any help would be great.
(PS. ebay is a great place to get those parts, I paid under 170 for both of them)

IPR removal ,,,
some help ...here....

New ICP should look different than the old ..new is easier to R&I ...old may need vice grips to remove...
