Truck dies while running. Won't start

Like the title says, the truck died while cruising down the road. It will not restart and the "wait to start" light doesn't come on anymore. I checked some fuses/relays under hood, but no luck.
Any suggestions?

Also, I thought I ran out of fuel since low fuel light was on. I put 3 gal in and that's when I noticed no wait to start.

No WTS means the PCM isn't running. It's Never gonna start that way, don't waste the batteries trying....

In the Vast majority of cases, especially this time of year, it's the fuel heater being turned-on for the first time and blowing the fuse (yea, I know, you checked them - do it Again ) I would unplug the heater (at the bottom of the fuel bowl) and replace fuse #30 just to be sure...

Is that #30 under the dash or in engine bay?
I never checked any under dash.

You want to check all of your fuses! Everywhere

Not sure about your truck, sometimes it's #22 under the hood on earlier trucks. Mine ('02) is under the dash #30 for the Fuel Heater / PCM...
