7.3 dying at stoplights but will restart

So i have a 2002 7.3 f350. It keeps dying after it sits for a few seconds at stoplights and such. Its like it bogs down and just shuts off when i hit the pedal. But after i turn on my flashers, slip it into neutral and slam the pedal, it will get through the bogginess and roar away. I just resealed my fuel bowl and my hpop. Could it just be air in the system still causing it to do this? Its only been driven about 30 miles since sitting for a few weeks. Any help?

2002 F350 CCSB SRW 4X4 ~110k
4" MBRP, DIY Tymar, PHP hydra, Edge Insight CTS, 360* thrust, RR billet wheel, delete pedestal and outlet,
Napa ELC, melling 208 Lpop, 6.0 trans cooler, diy coolant filter, 203* thermostat, RR IC boots w/ plenum inserts, frx, hpx, hutch&harpoon

almost sounds like clogged air filter. WHens the last time youve cleaned or replaced you intake filter?

I have the diy tymar type. And its only like 4 months old

rules that out... does the truck seem to die down when you apply the brakes?

No and it idles fine. Only when i go to hit the gas after sitting. It bogs down and dies

Well just popped the hood and looked around and somehow my ipr managed to back itself out. Im guessing that would be the problem?

Yes sir that is most likely your problem. You can buy a rebuild kit from dieselorings.com. The tin nut most likely is shot so even if you tighten it it may happen again
