Lopes on cold start

I just went to start my truck to warm up for the drive to work and it loped for about a minute then smoothed out then I kicked it in the high idle tune. I just changed the oil last Saturday and put delo 400le 15w-40. Sunday morning I started it and it loped about twice then smoothed out but has only done it these two times. Oh and it's about 35* F right now

Id say your truck doesnt like the 15w-40, i run 5w-40 and cold starts arent all that bad. Or check your GPR/GPs/Batteries. Maybe they are going out.
