Help! Hpop front cover bolt broken off!

As stated, one of the two 10 mm bolts that hold the hpop front cover on (and that the ebp sensor connects to, broke off in the pump about three threads down. Any help on getting it out? Ideas?

If your talking about the access cover to the gear bolt, it's bolts are short and shouldn't be threaded into the actual HPOP. It's going to suck trying to get the bolt out, I would try pulling the fan and using a 90 drill with a reverse bit. Leave the cover on to keep shavings from getting in your engine.

Youre right. I meant its on the reservoir not the actual pump itself. But i havent had time to get at it right now. Had to go work a 12 hr shift at the hospital and going out of town tomorrow. So wont be able to get at it in a few days. But i have complete access to it. Fan and water pump, etc off bc ive been doing a lot of maintenance at once.
I need ideas on what tools/techniques to use to get it out.
Truck is not driveable right now and im not a welder. What drill tools has anyone had success with?

Just spray it with some penetrating lube and use a bolt extractor.
